To conduct the contest, some personal information such as your name and email address are needed for the draw and to inform the winners. Moreover, we use this information – subject to your express consent – in order to inform you of special offers and advertising promotions. Of course, your data will be treated confidentially. Marriott uses the services of third parties, e.g. email service providers and marketing companies, that act in our name as representatives. These parties are contractually forbidden to use personal identifiable data for any other purpose than that specified by Marriott. We provide certain service providers with non-personal identifiable data in a condensed form so that they can fulfil their contractual obligations to us. We forbid the selling or transferring of personal data to legal persons outside the Marriott Group without your consent.
