Fellow British driver Robert Huff slotted his Chevrolet into 5th and front row sitter Rickard Rydell put his SEAT Sport into 4th position.

Although he has fully recovered from his crash during yesterday's qualifying session and his car was repaired, Alain Menu did not take part in the session due to steering problems.
